A guardian angel (in training) who descended from the heavens with the goal of becoming a full fledged angel!
Over 400 years old, he's just come down to earth in order to learn how humans live.Extraordinarily naive, Theo has no clue how humans live. Luckily he has his angelic powers to help him get by!
Presenting at 5'7 , his height seems unstable because of his halo and how he tends to hover around with his wings.A relatively thin frame , they appear fragile but have a surprising amount of strength and dexterity.His angelic form emits a beacon of light so bright that it is dangerous to the human eye , with his halo glowing along with all sets of wings. He will never bring this form out without proper warning.
He has three sets of wings , considering he is actually an angel held in high regards given his age and position. They are pure white and unable to be stained.The largest set sprouts in the middle of his back , with a wingspan of 13ft. He doesn't take this set out often given how large they are.
The 2nd set sprouts from around his shoulderblades , with a wingspan of 8ft.
The final set sprouts from his lower back , with a wingspan of only 4ft. This is the pair he has out most often , and the one he frequently "flaps" to show his excitement , similar to a wagging tail.
Theo has no concept of gender, but he presents as transmasc. It is able to change his form however he wishes, this one is most comfortable to them.It has no concept of proper family either, since angels simply spawn in existence whenever they're needed.

He can manifest their halo and wings on earth, is able to fly, and has the ability to utilize holy aura to protect himself if needed.
His being an angel is supposed to be secret, but it's not very good at hiding when surprised.Giving away a feather is considered a serious blessing. To another angel , it's a promise to always remain true of heart for each other. To any other species , it's a claim to be under the angel's holy blessings. Any other holy being can identify the owner of the feather immediately.
